We mould by compression, transfer and
injection moulding techniques - ask for further

J-Flex is the comprehensive source for all of
your moulding requirements, be it small,
medium or large volume.
Our polymer range is vast - if the compound is
available, we can mould it. Suffice to say we
use all current natural and synthetic polymers,
including EPDM, Viton® Silicone, Nitrile,
HNBR, Aflas® and Perfluoroelastomer.
We sample new moulds to complete your
satisfaction and approval before we
commence bulk supply. Deliveries by
agreement - but never late!
